It is part of our teaching and learning philosophy to help students adopt healthy habits.

The school meals provided will be designed and managed to ensure a well balanced diet for our students.

We are what we eat. At Think and Grow, we believe that there is a crucial link between performing well at school and what our students have on their plates. A healthy body leads to a healthy mind, and good nutrition is at the root of both.

Teaching children about healthy eating habits doesn’t just fall on the shoulders of parents and guardians. Schools play a critical role in helping children learn about nutrition, and we acknowledge that responsibility.

We also realize that the eating habits that children adopt early on stay with them well into the future. A solid foundation in nutrition will help our students make educated dietary choices and blossom into healthy, thriving adults.

We want our students to excel in all areas of their lives; academically, physically, and otherwise. That’s why we focus heavily on our students’ diet. We encourage our students to eat organic, whole foods. Our Health & Nutrition module helps our students incorporate nutritious food into their diet and promotes good dietary choices:

1. Developing a school food policy.
2. Involving students and guardians in directing food policy and practices within the school and empowering them to add to healthy dietary choices.
3. Offering nutritious food in school canteens.
4. Providing clean, cool-water fountains.
5. Assessing the food given at the school canteen and vending machines.
6. Providing guardians with data on healthy food decisions and active living.
7. Allowing students to bring their water bottles into the classroom with them.
8. Providing an inviting eating environment that supports positive social collaboration.

OPTION 2:

At Think and Grow we firmly believe a good life starts with healthy nutrition. A healthy body leads to a healthy mind. We put a strong emphasis on bringing healthy nutrition to our students at our uniquely designed cafeteria, and to impart healthy eating habits to them that they take with them outside of school as well.

We are what we eat. The nutrition plans at the school are put in place with parents participation, taking care of any child’s particular diet needs.

Good nourishment is the stepping stone to performing at your best in life. So we ensure every child is well fed, and able to perform at their best both academically and physically.
We teach them the importance of organic foods, how healthy eating habits lead to good lifestyles that will help them progress far ahead in life.

We know that Schools are one of the most important places where a student’s healthy eating habits can thrive. The responsibility regarding teaching students healthy habits doesn’t fall just on parents.

Our school takes all the important factors and measures into consideration to make sure that our students know the value of eating healthy. With our Health & Nutrition module, we believe that our students can make educated, solid decisions that affect their daily routines and the lives of their families.

We have implemented a module for our students to eat healthy foods so they can be more active, remain more alert, have more energy, smile more, learn more, and overall feel better about themselves.
